平安！过去一年世人在经历经济海啸期间，我按照圣经的应许向神的祷告是让财富从恶人的手中转移到敬虔爱主的商人手中。箴言13：22如此说：善人给子孙遗留产业；罪人为义人积存资财。相信你凭信心靠着努力经营的事业必定得到耶和华信实的回馈。
12年来自己战兢回应神从事关怀的路上，神祂没有亏待我这工人，自己也学会简朴之道来与贫穷人同行。但一路走来无奈经历到大马关怀的事业极度缺乏工人及关怀同工的福利极度缺乏的窘境。自从4年前筹备成立《全人》至今都有一个异象，就是协助华人关怀事工走向专业，让关怀事工及关怀同工不再缺乏教会及信徒的支持而过得没有尊严没有来自神的喜乐。
连续4年我是靠着织帐篷来拓展这事工，直到明年才会正式从机构领全薪。机构尽力开源节流，透过志愿服务来将行政开销减至最低。这两年，神真得抬举《全人》参与灾难回应及培训信徒把手弄脏的服侍。祂扩展我们的疆界，事工需要服侍的对象与经费急速倍增。我相信你是为神努力赚地上钱，用在天上事业的管家。吁请你按照回应表慷慨回应并加上祷告。我与《全人》定意要透过向地上困苦穷乏的弟兄松开手来讨神的欢喜（申命记15：11），希望你也同心回应！

For the past one year, when people on Earth are suffering from the economy tsunami, I pray to God according to the promise in the Bible that wealth will be removed from the hands of the wicked to the businessmen who fear God. Proverbs 13:22 says: “A good man leaves an inheritance for his children’s children, but a sinner’s wealth is stored up for the righteous.” I believe that the business you’re working hard now by faith will receive faithful return from Jehovah.
In these 12 years of journey walking in caring ministry by answering the calling from God with trembling heart, I’m truly blessed by God that He never ill-treats me as His servant. I also learn how to live a simple life in order to walk with the poor. However, as I serve, I notice the dilemma of extreme shortage of workers in Malaysian caring ministry and extreme poor welfare of the care-givers. I have a vision since I prepared to establish HISTEAM four years ago till now, which is to assist Chinese caring ministry towards professional, so that caring ministry and care-givers will not survive without dignity and without joy from God due to lack of support from churches or Christians.
I’m expanding this ministry by tent-making for this consecutive 4 years and will only receive full salary from HISTEAM starting from next year. Our organization is trying hard to cut down our expenses by engaging volunteers in our ministry so that our administrative cost will be reduced to the maximum. For the past 2 years, God really exalts HISTEAM to participate in disaster response and train believers to dirty our hands to serve the needy. God has also enlarged our territory. The target groups we serve now and the funding needed are increased tremendously. I believe that you are God’s steward who works hard to earn the money on Earth but uses it in God’s kingdom. So here I would like to encourage you to give according to the response form attached together with your prayer. For me and HISTEAM, we intend to please our God by openhanded toward the poor and needy among us (Deut 15:11). Hope you will response together with us.
Here I would like to ask for your favor to kindly send the response form back to us once it’s done. For sure this will be the greatest gift to us! Pray that you will be blessed as you obey the commandment of Jesus to help and give to those who are weak and in need.
